Unhappy After header installation!

After installing my PRO1 NA header, I instantly noticed heavy smell every time I turn on the car. I know that NA has the white smoke common problem because of the head gasket leak. The heavy smell smells almost similar to the white smoke but at least 3x heavier. The smell goes away after driving the car for awhile. Any idea about this? Do you think if I replace the head gasket will fix this problem? Any advice will be great! Thank you!

PS: The header works GREAT! I like the sound and the power gained. I will say it gains 10-15 HPs because of weight reduction and running on no Cats.

That Smell Is Normal. Its Just The Pipes Burning Off All The Fluids And Cleaners That They Use To Make The Pipes. It Will Go Away After Awhile.

that smell is your car running without a cat. installing a cat isnt going to hurt performance, its just going to make your car not smell like ass.
