i mapped out the 91 to 93+ electronics swap

.. does anyone care? its all scribbled on paper diagrams and stuff. if its useful for anyone, ill write it up. i dont know if theres any interest in this.. ive got full 95 electronics in my garage, so i might as well.

its basically how to repin your 1991/1992 engine harness to use 1993+ electronics. im gonna see if its possible at all to use the 91 ignition system as well.. i kinda think it might work. if it does, all you'd really need would be the injectors, ecu, and pigtails into the ecu. if not, toss on the dist/igniter too.

I'm sure lots of people could use this. Especially the people who end up accidentally buying a 93 when they have a pre 93 body and then freak out about the changes.

i already have the 95 engine in my 91, running on full 91 gear.. full batch fire is just retarded though, and id like the full range TPS.

i guess ill type it up and post it.. theres some specifics about this swap, and some things are different. it should be researched before you just toss a 93+ ecu in and wonder why your car idles at 2500 and throws CEL's though

I'd be interested to see it. I'm looking at adapting a GM 7730. I understand it may not be as difficult as it sounds.
