reflexx, I gotta hand it to you, the build is coming along nicely. But what the hell is up with the craptastic pinstriping & graphics? If you're going to do it, do it right, if not then leave the car one solid color. That's a shame man, fix it!
it's my wife's car... take it up with her personally, i wanted the car pearl white like my supra was

The small ends must have a hole to lubricate the pin? Mine did. Check again because there is just no way an oil squirter is going to lubricate the wrist pin.

Eagle rods have oil holes for the wrist pin on each side of the small end at about 8 and 4 o'clock
checked very thoroughly, small end has no hole.... has anyone else seen a hole in the wrist pin location on an Eagle H-beam rod? Pics?

well, i talked to Eagle and they said...

1) there is no oiling hole on the 3SGTE rod
2) the 3S bushing on the small end needs very little oil for lubrication
3) crank splash provides plenty of oil to lubricate the wrist pin.

so, i guess i'm ok...

That's weird. I am looking at one of the Eagle 3sgte H beam rods I just bought a couple of weeks ago. There are 2 oil holes in the small end of the rod at 8 and 4 o'clock. If my digital was working I'd post the pic. (Not happy with the Fuji Finepix F700 at the moment. It has turned into the Fuji Nopix FU 1000x.)

The number etched into the side of the beam on the rod is CRS-5428-T. If they are not oil holes in the small end, I don't know what other purpose they serve.
