Ok, I'll probable be moving to woodbridge VA soon and I need to know of any
laws that I might have a prob with regarding my car. I have a NA 5sfe, with an intake and a TRD cat back, and the car has been lowered 2".

Also I want to put a header on it since I will prob have to cut the stock header off to change the head gasket. ( Iwould have a cat put in to keep it passing emissions)

I live in Atlanta Ga now, and none of this is a prob. down here, but does anyone know if there are any laws that might be a prob in VA?
