Rattle in the TVIS/ACIS

When my TVIS/ACIS valve is open it rattles, the rattle increases with rpm, and goes away when the valve closes. Anyone else had this problem? How to I tighten the butterfly valves?

Well, I opened up the TVIS, and the butterfly plates are in pairs, connected by a clip. The second pair was rattling when closed. So a bit of work on the clip with a pair of pliers and a screw driver and it's tight.
