I'm not sure whether they're interchangable, but first of all, you can try and replace the brushes to get it working.

my alternator pulley wheel is hard to turn becuz i think the belt was broken and rusted it up. The alternator it self didnt came off easly when we took the bolt off even hitting with hammer so we took the whole braket off hited off the braket and some of the shell casting broke. So that why i looking for a new alternator.

there is also a diff between atuo and manual. my alt went out about a year ago and the stock one was only 70amps so a went for the 100amp one but some custom fab is needed for it to fit in the stock bracket due to the 100amp alt being bigger.

yea i brought 130 amp from this guy in ebay "eagleautoelectric" and it didnt need braket fabication, good alt. nomore low battery light for me. thanks everybody for the help. For anybody who need help on taking the alt out. I pull it out from the right rear of the engine bay, you must take the vehicle speed sent acutator out and anything out of the why and fish it up. You might have to take the alt braket out and move it out of the way. That how i did it.
