Need Help
I took my 91 MR2 to the shop the other day and the mechanic put in a new battery and alternator. Today, I picked it up and drove it around town the battery died on me. I changed the battery twice in one week and both batteries died on me the same day. I have no idea what's going on so does anyone have any ideas? This problem occurred after I installed the JDM tail lights so I don't know if that may be the problem.

Did it die while driving or after it was parked awhile?

Well the alternator could be bad, you can pull it and take it to Autozone they test them for free. Even new alternators can be bad or go bad quickly.
