Rear Sway Bar removal?

Does anyone know how to take the rear sway bar off? I started to try and take it off until I got to the top bolt that holds the rubber bushing bracket to the frame/body of the car. The bolt is incredibly difficult to get to, is there a trick to getting these off? I figured out how to unbolt the sway bars from the strut link things.

Thanks.

PS - the control arms, what is the size of the nut that bolts, what I I think is, the torsion bar to the control arm. I want to get to that bushing there and replace it.
