car won't turn on help

car wont turn on automatic doors dont even work most likely it is my battery but I just want to know anyother possible problems other than the battery being dead so I don't end up wasting my money on a new battery.

Its most likely your battery. Are the lights on your dash dim?

my car has been sitting in my garage for almost a week because my clutch burned out so maybe the non use of my mr2 caused it.
