Another Idle Problem

Hey guys, I've searched the forum before I've wrote this post but I can't find any info on my problem.

My gen 3 3S-GE is having a weird idle. It idles at 1200rpm when warm however when I turn on the air condition it goes down to 1100rpm. Also when I get stuck in traffic and as the engine gets heat soaked the idle goes to the normal range of 750rpm.

I've cleaned out the throttle body already and now I'm stuck and don't know what to do. Is it something to do with the coolant? Or a sensor is playing up? This idle is starting to get on my nerve as the resonance at 1200rpm from the exhaust is annoying. Plus I've seen my fuel economy decrease drastically just by the high idle. Please help
