POWER/ELECTRICAL CRISIS PLEASE HELP

I have an na 1993 mr2 that is causing me some problems. It's been causing me some power problems. Every time i dont drive it for like a week I have to jump start it. I have been having this problem for a while but now i got a new problem. While I am driving my car just slows down on me. The pressure i put on the gas pedal never changes. It's even worse when I start from a full stop. My car jolts before it gets fully going. I changed to battery thinking that was the problem. It made things better but it didn't delete the problem. Normally these problems start to happen about 30 min after I start my car. When i get my lets say on a freeway i dont have this problem. It's when i start from a full start it when i get the worst of if. Please help me diagnose the problem n it would be helpful if you stated how much it would be to fix it.

I had a similar problem with the battery dying because I removed an amp the previous owner had installed. Well the loose wires were grounding out just slightly and would drain the battery if the car sat for a week or so.

Maybe you have a power leak somewhere. This would be more likely if you have a lot of stereo equipment installed, but could be something like a wire with worn insulation for you windows or lights. Are any electronics acting finicky?

what aftermarket electronics do you have installed? It could be that one of them is pulling power even when the car is off.
