I'm talking about the tranny gearing, if the 5S's tranny has very tight gearing that makes you shift through all gears quickly, it would be better for autocross since you never break 2nd or 3rd on them where as a longer geared tranny like the 3S's lets you ride at 70MPH at like 2.5kRPM

I'm probably getting a parts car that has a working 3SGTE and tranny, so I'm trying to figure out which tranny to use.
