I NEED THE CLIP THAT HOLDS SHIFTER CABLE TO THE ENGINE

can i get this part from any car?

Common item.

You may find one off another toyota to fit, or check with a dealer.

I would not drive it until you get this fixed, or you may end up breaking a shifter cable, which costs a couple hundred bucks for the part.(unless you are talking about an automatic)
