What would it take to put a turbo on my 91

Hello all I just had a 91 manual transmission given to me. The car runs great and I was wondering what it would take to put a stock toyota turbo on the car I only want a few pounds of boost 6 or 7 at the most. I am familiar with all components needed for a turbo install. Will a 91 turbo exhaust manifold fit the na engine? Will the na engine be strong enough for 6 to 7 pounds of boost. Will the ignition system and injection system work with a turbo?
Im not planning on racing the car I just want a little more power out of it and love the sound of a turbo. Thanks guys.

nuts - that looks like a ton of work to get it right! has anyone done a small shot of NOS?? Just looking for an inexpensive way to get some bigger power (at least 50HP) to play with once in a while.
