i hear a rattle whem i reverse.

i think its the engine cover for some reason. this only happenes sometimes.. but what can i do? i hate hearing the rattle when i just reverse on my car.

I would have a friend rev the engine a bit while you stand in the back and try and pin point the noise. If I was to shoot in the dark and take a guess, I would say check your exhaust heat shields.

Its all good man, its because of the reverse gear has no synchro.

Have you tried reversing (with someone guiding you) with the engine lid up? That'd at least tell you if that's involved.

it was one one of the side panels all loose
