stalling while idling

Hey guys, i have a problem. First off, my 2 is an automatic 5sfe. All of a sudden, my 2 started idling at 500 RPMs or lower, sputters once or twice, then stalls completely. It only does this after driving for about 20-30 min, enough time to warm the engine. When i first start the car, it is fine and remains so until the 20-30 min mark. Also, if i shift into L, 2, or R, it usually stalls as well. Neutral and Park seem perfectly normal. It's really biting me. Anyone have any suggestions?

well it seems no one has anything to add. after cleaning out the throttle body and raising the idle slightly, it runs better. However, every once in a while, it will stall when i put it into reveres. its not gradually bogging down. its pretty instant, maybe 2 seconds if i dont touch the gas. any ideas?
