300+whp 5SFTE! CT-27 POWERED!
finally made it back to the dyno a couple weeks ago, after doing a bunch of upgrades over the last time i dynoed @ 235whp 276ftlbs back in '06
set it up, and let her rip. just to sum up the changes since the last dyno, we've added: webcams "294" grind fidanza LW flywheel 2.5"intercooler piping 26X12X3 intercooler devils own water injection and the emanage ultimate. once i got things going, i set up the map clamp on the emanage ultimate, i cranked up the boost alittle and this is what it gave us. once again, we used a 50/50 mix of 93 pump and 110 sunoco race fuel. ![]() heres a quick vid i made of the car @ the dyno: complete details of the build from start to finish can be found here: my 5SFTE turbo project - 6G Celicas Forums |

Wow, this is really sweet man! You still on the stock block? How much power do you believe would be lost with a similar setup on an MR2?
Just curious as to how much power would likely be lost with a side mount as opposed to a front mount. |

the internals in the shortblock are 100% stock, stock metal headgasket, ect. the only internal mod is the cams. im sure you'd loose some power potential with a SMIC, but scooterman has a sweet a2w setup that works absolutly awesome on his 5sfte powered '2. thanks bak! |

That's some impressive tuning man. Really nice. Amazing how well the 5sfe head flows with some proper cams. That spool and the torque curve look great!
