aftermarket headers for 5s-fe

I have a friend with a 91 2.2, he just bought some headers and a exhaust, he needs to know the torq specs of the bolts that attach the header to the head. I tried looking on the BGB but it's down, or too many people are using it right now. any help would be much appreciated.
