speedo cable help!

I have a gen 3 3sge tranny and the wiring wont fit for my5s speedo cable so I read the forums and they said take out my 5s speedo and swap it into the 3sge tranny. I did that and well do I need to worry about the plugs b/c they dont plug up. The 5s is a triangle and the 3sge is a oval shap. Any help is appreciated! THANKS!!!

GET WHAT? I'm lost. Basically I've put my 5s speedo into my gen 3 tranny. That plug is only for cruise control correct? What will I need for it to bolt up to the 5s?

You may want to talk to MR220V as he knows the pinouts and wiring very well! I know on the beams if the that sensor isnt plugged in it will thow a code and the car wont run right!
I'm sure you will just have to cut and splice the correct wires together!
