OK, new one! Now it says 42! VEHICLE SPEED SENSOR SIGNAL. Are they talking about the speed sensor in the tranny?

The air intake temp sensor is part of the AFM (the big silver thing on the air filter)

Could it be because I broke off one of the allen screw bolts for the manifold? their gold and like 8 inches long. The one in the middle where the manifold has those four butterflies. It hisses kinda loud but runs fine until I step on it hard and BING! check engine light!
