Having EFI Problems with 5SFE

I have a 91 N/A w/5SFE engine and it is not running now. I have replaced fuel pump for it went out. The car ran for a few days and now doesn't run. The 15A fuse in the engine bay keeps blowing now. I have checked the relays, fusable links, and made sure the ECU was working and they are. Any ideas anyone?????

check to make sure all grounds are connected and no wires are touching the body or other wires that are cut open.
