help finding alternator tensioner and lock bolt

Can anyone help me find the tensioner and lock bolt on my 5s-fe? I'm trying to get at it without having to jack it, since the plastic fairing under the engine covers all the jacking spots i know of.
A friend of mine told me that i can jack it on the differential, but I'm pretty sure that's very unsafe...

you could just take the 3 bolts holding the cruise control off and move it out of the way and get at it from the top

Alternator Specs

Yea, that cruise control unit has to be moved if your going to get your arm down there. The Adjusting Lock Bolt is at the top front of the alternator, and the Pivot Bolt at the bottom. If you have oil leaks, be ready to wash your hands like 80 times afterwards Oh by the way, I had to get under the car from the rear to get at the Pivot Bolt underneath, but I did that without jacking up the car, and those bolts were crazy to get loose. Plus I took out the Adjusting Lock Bolt all the way, and couldnt get it back in, so I had my friend push down on the alternator while I torqued the Pivot Bolt down, so maybe don't take them out all the way unless you have to.
Here are some Specs from AllData on the 1991 5S-FE

"Drive belt tension:

New belt: 120 ±20 lbf
Used belt: 104 ±20 lbf

Alternator Bracket 32 ft.lb"
