I have a t-top and it was pretty easy to take out. Just take your time and you should be ok.
Pop off the dome light cover, but putting your fingers into the hole where the rear-view mirror goes in at, and pull down. You will see some screws so remove those. Then take take the mirror off.
I'm assuming the weather stripping will be the last thing that is holding it up. Once you got that out of the way just drop it down and the headliner out.

Don't forget that there are four hidden metal clips that attach to the headliner (two in between the t-tops) and snap into the frame. Do not lose these! As Nitrofreak stated, take your time and apply pressure slowly rather than ripping it down like a spider monkey.

I'm not sure Lude, I can check my manual when I get a few minutes this afternoon.
