Yeah, I love my n/a. But, I have to admit I've been bitten by the V6 bug and after 4 loyal years of n/a service I think it's time for a upgrade. 5VZ-FE YEAH BABY!!!

I love the NA mk2 now that i've thrown my 5sfe in the dumpster (literally). The 3sge fixes everything I hated about the 5s. I dropped .163L (8%)of displacement, but I sure don't miss it.

I love my N/A. Since it has virtually no power, it's an easy car to learn how to drive at the limit. When I move to my 1MZ N/A, I'll have to be more careful.
In any case, I have 2 N/As: White - 5SFE powered Red - 1MZFE powered ![]() There used to be 3 5SFE powered cars at my house: my red and white N/As, and a 2000 Camry. You think Toyota fixed the leaky valve stem seal problem on the 5S? Think again. The 2000 Camry has the same problem. ![]() |

I just got my first MR2 and it is a 91 NA...and I FREAKING LOVE IT!!! Now granted, I never drove a Turbo MR2 but driven other Turbo cars (300Z, WRX, Turbo'd Civic HB, etc), but even without a Turbo, the NA MR2 is still just as fun to drive.

^ As fun as it is NA, it's exponentially more fun turbo.
The best part is the sound of the turbo spooling right behind your ear. ![]() |

i dont really like driving stock 5sfes.. its almost painful. with a few cheap cheesy mods, its fun to drive and can actually get out of its own way. add cams and its about as fast as a stock turbo.

it should make a 5sfe run even richer.. the cams on their own are going to let the engine take in more air.. ideally the ecu would add a proportionate amount of fuel to compensate for the added air.. on the 5sfe its just gonna dump gas in until you tune it. the 5sfe really needs "tuning" when its still stock.
