what engine are you talking about? Early gen 5s doesnt have a pcv valve, it has a breather hose.

Yup, no PCV valve on the early 5S. Can you describe the problems you are having?

The 3s-gte did not have a pcv valve either, only a breather tube. Describe your symptons and maybe we can give you a better idae of where to start diagnosing the problem.

the car wont start and when you turn the key after letting it turn over for 5 seconds smokes backs up out of the intake manifold, and oil comes out of the throttle body..... i believe this is bad?

Check your engine ground first, then clean out your TB with some O2 safe carb cleaner (you can use this along with a good wire brush that wont fall apart)
