A/c problem

well the problem is, my a/c belts always jump off the harmonic balancer and onto that ruber thing between the alt pulley and the a/c pulley. It looks like the harmonic balancer is over too far... I dono, it's a new balancer. I need the a/c. It gets too hot here in South Carolina to rely on the outside air.
