Unhappy Lagging...weird. HELP!

I'm getting this big lag with my NA more of a tug. I have a K&N air filter which I cleaned last week. And I got 3 / 4 engine mounts replaced and I'm waiting on the 4th one to come in. And I've never had this problem before getting them replaced. Does anyone have a clue?

Im confused. - -; It's more of a jerking motion.

Timing? Motor Placement?

What exactly is happening? Your description is very vague and confusing.

Well it seems as if not enough air is getting to the engine, but it perfect on the meter. When I step on the gas it feels like air is just suckign in and nothing is happeneing with the motor. just noise. and sits there until I keep pressing on and off the gas.

If the fuel pump was faulty, the car wouldn't run at all.

maybe hes talking about the jerky motion when accellerating? theres a lot of people trying to figure out what it is, all the 5sfe's do it, where when youre climbing the rpms its not a smoothe flow, its more like a jumpy rise in rpms, hard to explain.

My car sort of did this.. basically it bucked a bit when you got on it, once it was floored and running right it was ok until you got down low in the RPMs again. I had this and a few other weird problems going on and once I fixed my engine grounds they all went away.

Well, I am waiting on the motor mount itself to be replaced which the part comes in next Thursday. Because one of my mounts, the center wasn't even connected and another was cracked. HOLLAAHHHH So, it might be that, or I need to get my engine grounds fixed.

What about ground straps not being reconnected? Would that cause it?
