Mmmmk So I check Out Web Cams Shafts

From What i read the
3S-GTE has a duration of 236 and 8.5mm lift.
Valves Size is 33.5mm intake and 29mm exhaust

And

5S-FE has a duration 220 and a 8mm lift.
Valves Size is 32.5mm intake and 28mm exhaust

Now Web Cams say they can regrind my camshaft to
a duration of 244 and a lift of .322

sorry but math is not my strong point but how many mm is .322?
With these cams,P&P head with bigger vales, i should gerated some good powwer.

.322 x 25.4 = 8.1788mm

so they're really just grinding in more duration. 0.1788mm's is nothing. 22 degrees of extra duration is notable though.. i think id opt for more lift, 8.5 or 9mm though.
