help with my 5s-fe

I have a 92 mr2 with the 2.2 5sfe.Car has been sitting for five years when i found it.It had a greddy turbo with the greddy exhaust.I got it running right but i have excessive blow by.I wanna keep the same set-up, just dont wanna keep blowing rings.Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do.I have been told and researched the 3sgte motor swap but then I have to change the ecu, harness, tranny and the exhaust.I have also been told you can build the 5sfe to handle a turbo.If anyone has done this fix or knows the best way to do it please let me know.
