car runs rough, bogs down at 2k rpm

hey,

last night after being gone 2 weeks i went to start my 92 auto and it wouldn't start unless i pretty much floored the gas. eventually it would stay running at idle but bogs down when you give it gas or try driving it. in park it will rev up to 4,000 or so pretty easy but in drive with a load on it will bog down about 2,000 when accelerating. you can hear the fuel pump running all the time at idle.

while sitting for 2 weeks it rained alot. it did a similar thing a few months ago (also after sitting for a while in rain), but cleared up in a couple hours and ran great every day since. i ran a tank of fresh gas plus some heet through it but no big improvement so far. any suggestions?
thanks

Maybe an idle speed control valve. Could be vacuum leak somewhere.
