Wiring Question - PS Door

Is there any wiring that goes up to the door handle or lock cylinder.

I've got a 91 N/A that has the USDM OEM Theft Deterent system. It was working until a few weeks ago when I brought it to a body shop to have the passenger door handle replaced.

All the functions of the PW/PDL control on the passenger door work, but the alarm doesn't arm itself. I'm thinking that there is some wiring that went up to the door lock cylinder itself that they disconnected but before I get them to take the door panel off again, I'd like to let them know what they need to fix.
