advice please....

ive just got my 2 back from the garage,had the head skimmed and cam shaft replaced,happy to get it back but it currently feels like im driving a 1.1L
anything special i need to do with it before its been run in propperly agen?

Sounds like ignition timing is off.

Sorry man... I never drove a 1.1... I have a 1.3... lol... j/k... Check your timing, alternator, fuel filter and make sure there is no restriction to your airflow... I have seen a dead bird pulled from an intake once... It wasnt a 2 but it still screwed the power all up... : )

Oh yeah... If the plug wires where not replaced during the work that was done... Inspect them well... Even a small crack in the insulation will make a world of difference...
