Car won't start, need help...

I'm hoping someone here knows a lot about MR2s

So here's the way it went down...
My friend messed around with the radio, he blew a fuse

later that day I was driving my car and I started hearing a strange noise from the front of the MR2 (it sounded like a siren)
after that I saw my temperture gauge start going up real fast and then my check engine light went on

the Engine started smoking so I opened it and it was spilling whatever the green liquid is (raditor coolant i think) all over the engine

I let it cool down then I drove it for a couple blocks, turned it off, and let it cool down again, I did this for a couple more blocks but one time it didn't turn back on

so I had to get it towed,

Now that I turn the key, nothing happens, it doesn't crank or nothing and I would like someones help on what it could be

(My friends dad looked at it and he said it may have been something electrical and my friend said I might have a blown head gasket)

After you shut the car off the first time and let it cool down, did it start to overheat and was there smoke coming out of the exhaust when you started it again? If there was smoke, what color was it? The green fluid is most likely your radiator fluid, but OEM coolant is red.

Yea, after I let it cool down it overheated again every few blocks so I pulled over and let it cool down for a couple of minutes and it overheated again so I pulled over again
I was also taking it up to 30mph and turning the car off just letting my car roll down the streets so it wouldn't overheat as much
then I went to a parking lot and let it cool down for a good 10 minutes and thats when it didn't want to start up again

if I remember i think the exhaust smoke was white

You said that the coolant boiled over and got all over the engine. Have you tried it again recently? Could be that it was shorting out something electrical.

If it's still not working next step is check all your fuses and relays. If you have a battery tester you might want to throw that on to make sure it has a charge too.

Once you've got it turning over you can run a compression test to get an idea of what's going on with it. It could be as simple as air in the coolant lines or a dead thermostat.

I checked the fuses but not the relays (cuz I don't know what relays are or how to check them)

when I turn the key the lights turn on so I don't think its the battery

Im thinking its something electrical which means Im going to have to get it towed to a Toyota dealership to get it looked at
