what do all the different oils smell like? iirc power steering fluid once had a sweet smell when i smelt it.
either that or it was something else, prob wouldnt hurt to check all fluids anyway cos it seems pretty certain its gonna be a fluid of some sort.

Power steering smells sweet?

I thought that it was essentially just hydraulic fluid

hmmm... idk... its coming from the engine bay though... its concerning though cuz i have a bunch of smells coming from my car lol. coolant, brakes, exhaust, and then something else...

i think im gonna have to agree with mr220v on this one though... i think it needs a new motor lol anyone got a V6 kickin around...?

seriously.... i NEED a V6 lol

Cause i kinda want a project of some kind that may end up in my engine bay...

Mainly i'm thinking a 3sgte that needs a rebuild...
