Wikipedia is right if it says 10AN is 5/8" and 8AN is 1/2"

AN size's are based off of 16th inch size's the a -10AN is 10/16" which is 5/8" and -8AN is 8/16" which is 1/2"

-3AN = 3/16"
-4AN = 4/16" = 1/4"
-6AN = 6/16" = 3/8"
-8AN = 8/16" = 1/2"
-10AN = 10/16" = 5/8"
-12AN = 12/16" = 3/4"
-16AN = 16/16" = 1"
