NA to turbo

I have been searching around the site and have found plenty of posts about v6 swaps, 3sge swaps etc...

I have an NA sw20, and would like to swap to a 3sgte. I cant imagine this will be too complicated as this motor was offered in the car, but I need to know what all will be involved before I get in too deep.

What will I need besides the motor itself, transmission, and ecu? Will the turbo ecu plug right into the existing harness? Some fuel system upgrades will probably be called for, but thats something I plan on upgrading anyway...

From my experience its never as easy as it sounds in my head, what am i forgetting to think of?
