Decent price for a NA?
Hi there, I'm already a happy owner of a 91 turbo, but I need something a bit more reliable for backup, and I figured I love this car so much, why not just get the version that's more practical for daily driving? I've found a 91 MR2 NA for 1700 dollars, only catch is that its 5s-fe has been swapped from a camry, and the wiring is different, so the guy hasn't finished everything... That and vacuum hoses. Otherwise it's all there, original engine included for spare parts... Is this a reasonable price? I'm gonna make sure to give it a REAL REAL thorough inspection, cause' last thing I need is a second project car.

Well that's a bargain of a price, and n/a's are practical for daily driving, but the fact that the wiring is different. I'd personally be iffy about it. If the body is in decent/good shape. I'd go for it. I'd definitely make sure it ran right. How many miles on the chassis?
