215ers?

Whats up with the 215 thing in humboldt county?

I did a quick google search, but it basically said medical marijuana is legal. I was looking at rentals in Eureka till the wife and I have our house built, and in almost every ad, 215ers are mentioned....

As in not allowed....

Are they basically saying no pot smokers?

Is this a humboldt county only thing? I know humboldt is famous for growing herb (thanks homegrown movie), is 215ers common in that area?

And no, i don't smoke....so don't bother asking.

everyone smokes in humboldt.. everyone.

well pretty much everyone in far northern california does. thats complete pothead country.

215 is the legal pot bill thing thats sort of quasi legal right now. you can legally buy and sell pot with a license.. but the dea will eventually raid you anyway. people with dr notes and legally buy it and probably get arrested anyway. really anyone who wants it can get the prescription. the whole things a bit of a joke.. but yeah, VERY VERY common in that area.
