I encourage people who want to attend to register earlier. There are things that need to get taken care of a good amount of time prior to the event. Hope everyone understands.

Window stickers/ Name tags
If you got your old ones feel free to bring them to the meet. It is not mandatory to have one on you or your vehicle. Scott or someone that is making the window stickers feel free to go on with that project if you please.

Awards
Trophies will be ordered once enough PAID registered people sign up. So get those registrations + payments in as soon as you can so we can get the ball rolling and not rush at the end.

Magazine Coverage
In the works of making a e-flier to send to MR2Only Mag so that the event will be advertised in their June issue due in early June. This event coverage will most likely be covered in the August issue. Winner of Best of Show will get a feature car section of their MR2 if they please.

More updates as it comes along. We got a little over 2 months to go!

This is very likely going to be the biggest MR2 meet in the west coast!

I talked with a bunch of the socal people about going to the event. A bunch were interested but I need to push them for a commitment. A lot of them need to look into their work schedules and see if it's doable. I'll keep you posted...

thanks Don! I will get in contact with you soon. I attended the PacNW MR2009 event over the weekend and got a few new contacts. Might possibly be able to get in contact with the guy that made the awards for the pacnw event. They did a great job.

Sounds like a great idea. I would love to go to PACNW, but considering I may have a SLIGHT blown headgasket (have the ole Starbucks looking engine coolant junk) and don't want to push it so I will have to wait and see.

I really would have like to have gone also to represent since I was a sponsor for that event too. Anyway, send me details when you get them. I am excited for the event and what you have done!

Yay...I'm excited!!! Sadly it doesn't look like I'll have the V6 swap done in time for the meet. So I'll still have my NA auto

...I can't wait to see everyone's cars though
