ok guys i know it took me long enough to get these up but here she is!!!!!!!!!

ok the walk through...

the ones where she is half white half green are the first stages of the body work and floor repair

the next batch, where she is kind of a beige primer color is at the final stage of body work... she is still at this stage i havent gotten her painted yet......

Like the wheels, I'm doing body work to to that right before it gets painted is what I'm working to get to... Lol Really nice to see one getting brought back. Thats was my goal when I first bought mine.

thanks its been really tough doing it but its been an experience... the wheels came with the car so they are staying, and as fro the fact that shes a "monster truck" atm i have the suspension parts to lower her about 2"... i just have other things to do first

i will post up more pics soon, im having the engine taken apart today by one of the master techs here at the toyota dealership where i work... its nice i get to have the whole job documented without the frustration...

I personally think in the MK2's that the lighter colors look best. I've got an MK1 and it's black , if it wasn't so much work to change i would definately go with a different color.

masagsxr- yeah its been a few days ive calmed down A LOT and im feeling better about fixing her to get her on the road again im still going to be searching for another car just in case the mr2 leaves me stranded

muffinman- i love the mr2 in almost EVERY COLOR lol... my favorite color is yellow and when i had the white one i wanted to paint her that

Now i like that mysterious look... like an all blacked out car tints, black paint, system ppl always look at those and wonder "hey who's that?" i know i do neway lol

dont worry- grey molding?... i dont think ive seen that before
