Social Security is a ponzi scheme.

Medicare is a worthless money wasting government program.

Medicaid is the same.

Public Roads are somewhat justifiable.... they could be financed through excise taxes... or the argument for strickly privately owned roads is also viable....

Police Departments are neccessary and are state, city, county financed - they don't belong in an argument about a bloated federal government.

Fire Departments are the same.

Public Schools are a joke and America's education standard is the laughing stock of planet earth. The federal govenrment should not be dictating the curriculum for every student in the US, and administrators should not be draining billions and billions of dollars from the system....... Schooling should be a neighborhood/city/county concern. The department of education should be abolished along with 90% of the "Departments" of the federal government.

Abolish the DEA, the USDA, the Commerce Department, the IRS...... all of it.

If it doesn't involve:
1- Providing Sound Money
2- Providing for the common defense
3- Protecting you and your property from unlawful treatment (Court System)
.... then it should be done away with. THAT is what I think.

Michael Moore's movies have all been a load of trash and I'm fairly confident that this one isn't going to break from the trend. Free Market Capitalism is the only moral and viable economic system in existence.

What Michael Moore is probably railing against is "Chrony Capitalism" - when big business gets in bed with big government and the American people suffer. That's been going on for quite some time but the ironic thing is that Chrony Capitalism isn't Free Market Capitalism at all; it's Central Governmnet Control: Soft Facism / Socialism

The idiotic thing about people who attack "capitalism per se" instead of capitalism as manifest in the US is that their argument is actually attacking the the implemantation of the concept they are infering should take capitalism's place.

I don't think Medicare is a joke, I don't think medicaid is a joke. I think the American Educational system IS a joke. It's pathetic, you learn absolutely nothing. It's a shame you have to spend 12 years of your life learning basically jack ****, then spend another 4 years of your life going into debt that will take the better part of your adult life to pay back, working at your not so great job. Yes the Govt. has wayy too many departments, that do absolutely nothing. I think the word socialist is blown out of proportion, just like everything else the media gets a hold of.

In saying all this, I don't see how this could possibly be one parties fault. There's been a retarded baby running the show for decades now, letting loose all of these stupid regulations, and money sucking departments.
