Steal or replicate his plates, put them on something that looks like an evo and go get some speeding fines/ try giving candies to little kids.
Use someone elses phone to call the cops and report that he has been trying to pick up little kids.
Use urethan glue to glue everything to everything.

and this is my favourite, when ever he is out, just start slowly unscrewing everything.
Just a little bit at a time, the door handle on his house, windscreen wipers, just little bits to **** with him.

Concequently, unless he owns his house, telling his parents/ landlord that he is doing unsavoury things at the house is always a good one.

A: Ok, lets say he manages to get his license plate and put it on another evo, gets pulled over for massive speeding. What about that thing called a drivers license? I'm sure he doesn't have the same face as his neighbor.

Or do new Zealanders not have those?

A few months ago people here were taking down lic plate numbers and they printed fake ones then ran an ass ton of red lights.

I say you just kick his ass and be done with it. Anything more then that will just put you at risk of getting busted and now you're the one paying him even though he's the one who caused damage to your car in the first place. Wise off to him until he throws the first punch then you can kick his ass and claim self defense...that's probably the most fun you can have too out of all the things you can do to him.

Speaking of lug nuts coming off, I bought some new wheels tonight and I only had the lug nuts that I had on my car. I drove down the highway a little bit then it started shifting all over the road. I pulled over and tightened the lug nuts 3 times. I made it home and then bought the right lug nuts and now I'm all good. I was never so scared but I got some decent looking wheels finally.

Kids have already done that except they got the plates off of the Police Camera van (they are piss easy to spot) and rang heaps of tickets up.

Just let it go man. If you didn't punk him the very moment he was vandalizing your car you've missed your opportunity. You also failed to call the authorities in a reasonable time frame so you've also pretty much shot your chance of getting the damage repairs paid for.

If you can't just let it go, do exactly the same thing to his car that he did to your and do it while he is watching. I suspect he will try to do something about it right away. When he gets in your face about it, take the above advise, and break his nose with your forehead.
