Price check

Parts car 91 turbo crashed basically everything front the front firewall bodywise is gone and some rhd quaterpanel damage. Suspension still intact, KYB AGX about 25k on them, some no name 17 inch rims with no center caps, about 90% tread left on tires. Purple lowering springs (believed to be greddy) ball joints and urethane bushings 25k on them. Full leather interior no rips T-tops still intact, CD storage unit. 3S-GTE I completly forgot the milage but turbo was rebulit 1k miles ago with greddy BOV. Brembo blanks all around. Was interested in buying it just the motor, but owner wants to get rid of it completly. He asked me to make an offer, but I don't want to insult him, what would be reasonable?

well really how much is the engine worth? and how much are some of the other more expensive things. really if you add the price of the engine suspension and the rims and tire's i think that would be a fair offer right?
