N/A OBX Header

This header goes for about $200 on eBay. It fits very nicely, except there are no hanging support mounts for the header/collector pipe. It would be nice if the n/a headers came with a secondary support bracket like the downpipes do for the turbo model (KO and others). The sound was nice for being connected to the factory muffler, which bolts right up. All hardware was included and worked fine. You need two bolts and nuts to secure the o2 sensor because the header doesn't have studs like the oem header. All gaskets are included and work fine, but it does not include a gasket for the end (header to muffler). The welds are nice and smooth on the inside. There is a secondary threaded hole for a wide band o2 sensor.

I have had this header on my car for about 3 months now and I haven't had any problems. I would recommend this to people looking for a little bit more torque in the lows and mids.

I didn't dyno the car, so I couldn't tell you actual numbers. I'm going to suppose my cat was clogged to a point. An OBX header isn't going to really add any power. It was more for looks and sound. :/

Definitely not, because it did not have provision for a cat. The end of the "header" bolted right up to the OE muffler.

Boy do I miss that car.
