Fitment is good on the new version with the flex sections. O2 bung is also near stock location making access fairly easy. I can't say much more though, as my car isn't running optimally, however the free flow of this in combination of a 3inch through exhaust makes very VERY free flowing gasses, my turbo is winding up at 2k rpms without issues.

Thank you sir. Thats what i was looking for. I think i'll be going with the ceramic coated one. Do you know if this fits up to the emspowered style exhaust without issues?

I actually have a Gen 2 Berk DP and a Greddy PEX exhaust. The DP fits fine, and fits up to the PEX great. The biggest issue with the Berk is the hardware which comes with it sucks. The support brace is fine, it's the nuts and bolts which sucked. They are undersized and too weak a grade. The threads sheared clean off when I tried to torque them down. The threads sheared clean off the bolt at only 20 something lb-ft of torque, which is well under the OEM spec. Just junk the nuts and bolts and go buy some stainless steel bolts and nuts from a local hardware store or online. Other than that it was a good DP for the money, and I haven't had issues with it. |

I took my Berk downpipe that I've been using on my Gen 2, took her to my local powdercoater, ceramic coated the thing, and I've been using her on my Gen 3 w/o modification. Just figured I'd throw that out there. The flex sections on neither the Berk exhaust nor the Berk DP are pre-loaded

Would anybody be able to tell me if the second O2 port would be a good for a permanent placement for a second sensor for my A/F ratio gauge? Permanent meaning.. Strictly to be used at all times for my A/F ratio gauge?

Just installed a gen3 berk dp with the flex section.
Ive got to say im kinda disappointed. It was harder to install on a motor out of my mr2, than it was to install a ebay dp while the motor was in my mr2.. It seemed as though the mounting surface wasnt flat and i had trouble getting one of the bottom nuts and one right above it on |
