that was with NASA Southeast, it was on the 17th and 18th

How is the track now that it is repaved? I am hoping to run on it in May.

I was 2 seconds faster than my personal best with some time left on the table in turn 1 and turn 5

7 is very nice now imo, you can really carry some speed through it and get on the throttle earlier which jumps your straightaway average speed up considerably

some people say turn 4 is bumpier, I didn't feel it, but if you've got really stiff suspension you might have to stay a foot or two off of the inside curbing and adjust your entry to the esses accordingly

I'm running in Time Trials, which is the most advanced class/group/whatever-you-want-to-call-it besides the full-out put on a firesuit race groups. No classroom, etc

It will take you many many events to work your way up the ladder that far tho

Road Atlanta has a pretty expensive track rental fee, and unfortunatley it makes it a bit more expensive than a typical NASA trackday at $349 iirc
