3vz-fe & 5vz-fe-R1 Engine Mounts for sale
Sea2Sky Tuning is now stocking and selling FourVeeSix 3vz-fe and 5vz-fe engine mounts!
Some info from Tony (FourVeeSix) about the mount "I did a test on the standard Toyota v6 cast steel mounts to see how much the dog leg part could resist stress and it came out at 0.5 ton before it distorted and cracked. The same test on the prototyped version i did resisted 4 tons...with the present version withstanding 2.0 tons before it distorts." So as you can see these mounts really can handle a lot of force! ![]() Fitted to the 3vz-fe: ![]() ![]() As for the 5vz-fe, it bolts up just fine but there is some gaps and minor cutting to fit both timing covers onto the mount decently. Personally i do not run the top timing cover and i will modify the lower one to fit for the current 5vz-fe i have here or you can even trim the mount just a bit to fit (i can do this here if you would like for no charge). This is what Rev 1 looks like on the 5vz-fe: ![]() ![]() I am going to be working with Tony to produce a second revision to the 3vz-fe mount that will fit nicely onto the 5vz with the stock upper and lower timing covers. Should be about 1mth before we see the prototypes of that! In the mean time the 3vz-fe/"Rev1" versions are for sale. Current Pricing is as follows: UPDATE PRICE CHANGE: July 24th 3vz-fe/5vz-feR1 - 160 plus shipping Please note that the price will change depending on the exchange from UK to USA. Stock on its way, arriving May 16-18. If you would like one of these units please email or PM me with your address and ill send you a complete quote with shipping included. Thanks everyone!

Fantastic! The mount issue is now a bolt-on affair. Nice job, Johnny and Tony!

I'm really interested in the 5vz-fe mount. When do you think you will have the new rev in stock?

we were working on the mz mounts first and i should be sending out the 5vz fan bracket which he can use to mod the 3vz-fe mount to fit our engines (5vz) with timing covers. A Few weeks out yet...

I found my mount sitting on my desk today!!!
Looks great! I'm a bit curios on as to what the purpose of the riveted down cover is for? |

Heheh I dont have a/c so its hard to get a design made up
![]() More mounts should be on the way next week! Gsus good to hear! They are pretty damn nice. The rivet plate is to go over the water pump. Instead of leaving it just a open hole the plate closes it. If you did not cut the hole then the mount would hit the water pump ![]() |
