hey johnny. its been a while since we talk but i was wondering if you still need me to send in my 1mz pistons for you to spec? for the new forged pistons. i got my motor apart and its about ready to be sent out to clean. I realize that you have been busy a lot lately. congrats on the baby =)

Well they improve the quench area not remove it...instead of a bumpy piston you got a nice smooth combustion area with the center of the piston raised up a bit to help promote even combustion. Helps prevent detonation...other then that its lighter and stronger then stock.
