Boosting, is boosting. It usually refers to tons of air being forced into your motor, which causes a "boost" in acceleration.
A figure of speech for pressing the pedal too far down may be "lead...

I just took it out and redid what I could without actually pulling the steering gear apart. I removed the boots, inner tie rods, steering rack bushing, cleaned it all up using a lot of rust stripper...

I did it as well, worked out perfectly. Only issue is it put that bit of extra stress on my stock struts and they started showing their age :(.

Maintenance mods are a good start. From there you'll probably wanna do wheels/tires, springs, struts, bushings, sways, etc.
As under powered as it may be, yes it is still fun. I'd highly recommend...

No offense, just some friendly advice.
The swaps have been discussed a thousand times (I know you're new that's why I'm giving basics to give you more of an idea of what to look for).

As of right now your car still runs and drives fine, right?
If it does run and drive, you only have another day or two to figure out what you plan to do. Mine lasted 2 days after with no issues...

The Jimi Throttle Bracket is a nice improvement over the stock Toyota bracket that seems to have been placed post development. It's a gives a really nice look to the engine bay, and makes cleaning up...

There is a 15 amp EFI fuse inside the engine bay. Also, I'd try jumpering B+ and Fp inside the diagnostic connector. When the key is turned (car not started) and you jumper these two pins you should...

^Agreed. Your first order of business is keeping the engine from killing itself due to improper cooling. Everything else can wait. If you happen to drive the car in the mean time, keep a close eye on...

Minus the dent in the front fender (it looks that way, there may or may not actually be a dent there) it looks really nice - I love the dark silver with black rims. I assume that isn't the stock...

You did what? He asked a question that was one of two things. Did you remove the clip or did you remove the screws?
If you didn't remove the screws, ignore the following:
I'm going to assume...

The Camry was offered in both standard and automatic with the 5SFE motor. I only know this since I owned one. It had a used motor swapped in right after I got it, but I didn't do it, so I can't tell...

^ What he said, plus change out the spark plugs.
At that point tell us if it starts or not and we can go from there.

I had this same question about my MKI - does it handle well in snow? Some of the replies I got back.
I hope this helps.

^There are those of us who type fast, game, and button mash - such as myself. My keyboard still works perfectly and my spelling has not been hindered one bit.
Well then let us get back on topic. I...

I agree to sometimes letting loose. I'm sure every MR2 owner is guilty of speeding - especially in the turns that are posted at a mere 30 mph, which MR2s can take them easily at 50 without even...
