You are better off with a 93+, obviously. The 93+ had stiffer springs, longer trailing arms, 15" rims with wider tires, larger rotors, Larger throttle body, retuned throttle cam and better synchros....

Here's all the spring rate data that I have:
Stock Springs (1991 MR2 Turbo):
Front: 130 lb/in (linear)
Rear: 209 lb/in (linear)
TRD Springs:
Front: 168 lb/in (progressive) 1 inch drop ...
